Our integratedliving family is growing, with more clients joining our services and exciting Support Worker opportunities becoming available across the Gladstone region.

As a Support Worker, you’ll support clients in their own homes and local communities, helping them stay independent, connected and in control of their everyday lives. 

If you’re someone who is located in Gladstone, South Gladstone, Beecher, Clinton, Kin Kora, Telina, West Gladstone & enjoys making a difference, building meaningful relationships and no two days being quite the same, we’d love to hear from you!

What your day could look like

Every day is different, but you could be:

• Supporting clients with personal care, medication and daily routines
• Helping with domestic tasks, shopping and appointments
• Supporting clients to get out and about in their local community
• Building genuine connections and providing companionship
• Delivering personalised support that helps clients maintain their independence and wellbeing

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing quality, person-centred support.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care, or be willing to work towards it
• A current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• First Aid and CPR
• Working with Children Check/Blue Card
• Police Check/NDIS clearance, or willingness to obtain
