We’re on the lookout for passionate Support Workers to join the fun across the Illawarra region, including Falls Creek, Woollamia, Myola, Huskisson, Tomerong, Vincentia, Worrowing Heights, St Georges Basin, Erowal Bay, Sanctuary Heights and Nowra!

What a day can look like
- Start your morning supporting a client with personal care and medication
- Assist another client with domestic tasks like cleaning, laundry, or meal preparation
- Head out for grocery shopping or medical appointments, helping clients stay independent
- Adapt your day to each client’s unique needs—no two days are ever the same
What you’ll bring
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or working towards it (roles also available with no qualification)
- Driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
- First Aid/CPR and WWCC
- Current Police Check/NDIS clearance, or willingness to obtain
- Confidence using a smartphone or tablet

- Permanent part-time roles: $32.86 – $34.59 per hour + 12% super
- $0.99/km travel allowance + work mobile provided
- Flexible hours to suit your lifestyle (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday)
