Position Details
Role: Permanent Part-Time Support Worker
Availability Days: Monday to Friday
Availability Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Locations: St Helens
Travel: Required between client homes
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing personal care and medication support tailored to each client
- Delivering behaviour support in line with individual care plans
- Assisting with domestic tasks (cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting)
- Supporting community access—shopping, appointments and social outings
- Offering respite support for families and carers
- Completing simple notes using our easy mobile app
What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Driver’s licence and reliable car with comprehensive insurance
- First Aid/CPR and WWCC
- NDIS Worker Check or National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Comfortable using smartphones and tablets
- A calm, reliable, and genuinely caring approach
- Respectful support for all clients
What You’ll Get
