Registered Nurse 

Part Time (Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:00am–3:30pm)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Health Services team based in Ballarat on a part‑time capacity. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who values meaningful client relationships, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

 

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse with integratedliving, you will:

  • Conduct clinical and health assessments to understand client needs and goals
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans that promote independence, empowerment, and wellbeing
  • Provide safe, effective direct nursing care including chronic disease management, wound care, medication support, palliative care, and telehealth services.
  • Collaborate with integratedliving Case Managers, Health Partners, carers, and external health practitioners
  • Maintain accurate documentation in line with professional and legal standards

 

What You Bring

  • Division One Registered Nurse, registered with AHPRA
  • Experience in community nursing or consumer‑directed care
  • Strong clinical skills across chronic disease, wound care, medication management, dementia care, and more
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and problem‑solving skills
  • Current Police Check, WWCC/WWVP/Blue Card (as applicable), CPR certificate, and Driver’s Licence
