Role Snapshot

• Type – Maximum Term Part-Time (9-month Maternity Leave Cover)
• Schedule – 4 days per week (Mon–Thurs) – no night shifts, ever!
• Location – Central Coast region – working in the homes of local clients
• Support – Ongoing clinical guidance, peer connection, and autonomy to plan your day
• Resources –We provide Nursing kit including PPE, uniforms a mobile phone, laptop and Monitor iPad, paid travel time, and mileage reimbursement.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care in line with individual client needs
• Complete assessments, develop care plans, and provide wound care, catheter management, stoma care, diabetes management and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with GPs and allied health professionals to ensure holistic care
•  Empower clients through education including preventative programs promoting health and wellbeing

What We’re Looking For:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Police check, Working with Children check, CPR, Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• Great communication and time management skills
• Passion for delivering person-centred care in the community
