Community Registered Nurse — Hobart, TAS

Full Time Contract | Flexible hours| No night shifts

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care in line with individual client needs
  • Complete assessments, develop care plans, and provide wound care, catheter management, stoma care, diabetes management and chronic disease management
  • Collaborate with GPs and allied health professionals to ensure holistic care
  • Empower clients through education and promote health and wellbeing

What We’re Looking For:

  • Division One RN, registered with APHRA & minimum 1 year of experience in community, aged care, or acute settings
  • Proficient use of technology, including mobile platforms and provision of telehealth services.
  • Police check, Working with Children check, CPR, Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
  • Passion for delivering person-centred care in the community
