What You'll Do:

- Care & Companionship: Bring genuine care and meaningful moments to the people you support.
- Daily Assistance: Help with social support, personal care, medication support, household tasks and keep an eye on wellbeing.
What You'll Bring:
- Passionate Helpers: A genuine interest in supporting our clients and making their lives better.
- Willingness to travel: Willing and able to travel to areas that may include Ballina, Lismore, Goonellabah
- Qualifications: We welcome applicants with or without a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent.
- Must-Haves: A driver’s license, reliable car, and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain).
- Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using smartphones and tablets.
