Accounts Payable Officer – 12‑Month Maximum Term Full Time Contract

We’re looking for a friendly, detail‑loving Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

If you’re someone who thrives in a busy environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and brings a positive attitude to work each day, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our finance team, you’ll play an important role behind the scenes, making sure supplier invoices are processed accurately and on time. You’ll also be the go‑to person for invoice queries, working across multiple systems and supporting both internal teams and external suppliers.

Your day‑to‑day will include:

  • Process supplier invoicing in accordance with organisational timeframes and processes, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Investigating and resolving invoice queries
  • Working across several systems to keep everything running smoothly
  • Providing friendly, helpful service to suppliers and colleagues

About You

You’ll bring:

  • Solid experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Confidence working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Great attention to detail and time‑management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to establish productive working relationships to drive positive change
  • Experience in the Aged Care or Disability sector (a bonus, but not essential)
