Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role

As the first point of contact for clients and carers, you’ll:

• Build strong relationships and promote services tailored to client needs and funding options.
• Conduct initial assessments, onboarding, annual reviews, and ongoing care planning.
• Coordinate and schedule client bookings in alignment with their needs.
• Manage the Activity Centre’s budget to ensure timely and well-resourced service delivery.
• Represent integratedliving in the community as a trusted resource for aged and vulnerable Australians.

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate IV in Lifestyle & Leisure or equivalent qualification
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Ability to foster a supportive and empowering environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Understanding of the health and wellbeing needs of older people
• Proven customer service orientation
• Valid Driver’s Licence and access to own transport
