Are you seeking a dynamic, fast-paced role where you can make a real difference – all from the comfort of your own home? integratedliving Australia is currently recruiting a Scheduling Officer to join our dedicated team, supporting the delivery of essential care services to clients across rural, regional, and remote communities.
Position Overview
- Full Time- 6 months contract
 - Monday to Friday 7:30am-3:36pm. 76hrs per fortnight.
 - Flexibility to work from home
 
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage schedules for community support workers, ensuring optimal service delivery
 - Respond proactively to staff absences by providing effective and timely solutions
 - Communicate professionally with clients, families, and internal teams to maintain seamless service
 - Prepare accurate reports and updates as required
 - Uphold integratedliving’s commitment to excellence in client care and customer service
 
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling or rostering for a workforce of 30+ staff
 - Strong problem-solving abilities
 - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 - The ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
 - A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
 - Strong knowledge of rostering computer systems and Microsoft 365
