Endorsed Enrolled Nurse - Ballarat

  • Victoria, VIC, Australia
  • Permanent Part Time

Love nursing and looking for a little more balance?

Imagine a nursing role where you can make a genuine difference, build meaningful relationships with your clients and still have time for the things you love outside of work!

At integratedliving, we're looking for a caring, enthusiastic and passionate Enrolled Nurse to join our wonderful team in Ballarat and surrounding communities.

If you enjoy working independently, love connecting with people and want to help older Australians live healthier, happier and more independent lives, we'd love to hear from you!

Why You'll Love Working with Us!

We know that loving what you do is important, but so is feeling supported, valued and having a great work-life balance!

Here's what you can look forward to:

  • Work-life balance that works! Enjoy permanent part-time hours with a predictable, reoccurring roster – 2 different part-time opportunities available.
  • More money in your pocket! Competitive remuneration, superannuation and salary packaging benefits of up to $18,500.
  • We've got you covered! Access to a fleet vehicle or travel reimbursement when using your own car.
  • All the tools you need! We provide the equipment to help you do your best work.
  • Keep learning and growing! Ongoing professional development and opportunities to build your nursing career.
  • A team that genuinely cares! Be part of a friendly, supportive clinical team that celebrates the difference you make.
  • Make every day meaningful! Build lasting connections with clients while helping them remain independent in their own homes.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

No two days are quite the same, and that's part of what makes community nursing so rewarding!

You'll be out and about across the beautiful Ballarat region, providing personalised care and supporting older Australians to live well in the comfort of their own homes.

Your days may include:

  • Providing one on one nursing care such as wound management, medication administration, diabetes management, catheter care and stoma care.
  • Building genuine relationships with clients and supporting them to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
  • Delivering health education and practical advice to clients and their families.
  • Supporting clients through our award-winning Wellness for Independence® programs.
  • Effectively use technology to monitor wellbeing and support positive health outcomes.
  • Work with other providers to enable an integrated approach to support clients meeting their health and wellbeing goals
  • Working as part of our Nursing Team, alongside our Care Partners and Allied Health teams to deliver quality, person-centred care.

You'll have the opportunity to work autonomously while knowing there's a supportive team behind you.

Let's Talk About Your Hours!

We understand how important a predictable roster can be when balancing work, family and life! We currently have 2 opportunities available.

Opportunity 1 - consistent weekday shifts (Monday & Tuesday) and just one short weekend shift every fortnight (one fortnight is a Saturday the other fortnight a Sunday) (32 hours per fortnight)

OR

Opportunity 2 – consistent weekday shifts (Monday Wednesday & Friday) (45.6 hours per fortnight)

Is This You? We'd Love to Meet You!

We're looking for someone who brings not only great nursing skills but also a warm smile, a caring nature and a genuine passion for helping others.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • At least two years' nursing experience in community, aged care, acute or hospital settings.
  • Confidence providing clinical care, including wound care, medication management and chronic disease support.
  • A genuine interest in community nursing and helping older Australians maintain their independence.
  • Great communication skills and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organisational skills and confidence using everyday technology.
  • Required checks and certifications, including a Police Check, Working with Children Check and current CPR certification.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Ballarat and surrounding areas as part of your workday to support our clients.

Most importantly, you'll bring a positive attitude, compassion and a desire to make someone's day that little bit brighter!
