Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking clinicians who bring heart, curiosity, and genuine commitment to improving the lives of older adults. If you’re passionate about functional gains, person‑centred care, and meaningful outcomes, you’ll feel right at home with us.

You’re someone who:

• Is AHPRA‑registered as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Podiatrist, Dietitian, or Psychologist — or a Social Worker with tertiary qualifications and AASW eligibility.
• Thrives in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with nurses, care partners, and fellow allied health professionals.
• Is confident working autonomously, managing a caseload with professionalism, initiative, and strong clinical reasoning.
• Values goal-driven practice, designing interventions that create measurable functional improvements.
• Brings compassion, creativity, and a solutions-focused mindset to every client interaction.
• Is committed to continuous learning, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development.
• Enjoys community-based work and is comfortable travelling within your region (KM reimbursement provided).
• Wants to be part of a team where interprofessional practice is embedded, not optional.
