We’re growing our integratedliving team and looking for caring, dependable people who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
As a Support Worker, you’ll support clients in their own homes and local communities, helping them stay independent, connected and in control of their everyday lives.
If you’re someone who enjoys making a difference, building meaningful relationships and no two days being quite the same, we’d love to hear from you!
You could be supporting clients across: Awaba, Blackalls Park, Carey Bay, Coal Point, Kilaben Bay, Ryhope, Toronto, Arcadia Vale, Balmoral, Buttaba, Fishing Point, Rathmines, Wangi Wangi, Morrissett, Cooranbong.
What could your day look like?
You’ll provide practical and personalised support based on each client’s needs, goals and preferences. This may include:
- Supporting clients with personal care, medication and daily routines
- Assisting with shopping, appointments and household tasks
- Helping clients stay active and connected within their community
- Providing companionship and building trusted relationships
- Supporting clients to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life
What will you bring?
Most importantly, you’ll bring a caring attitude, reliability and a genuine desire to support others.
You’ll ideally have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care, or willingness to work towards it
- Availability required: Thursday and Friday 8am-5pm - Friday is a must
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- First Aid and CPR
- Working with Children Check
- Police Check/NDIS clearance, or willingness to obtain
