What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality care in clients’ homes — wound care, medications, chronic disease management, and health assessments.

• Work independently while backed by a supportive, connected clinical team.

• Collaborate with GPs and allied health professionals.

• Empower clients through education, enabling them to live well at home.

What You’ll Need

• Current AHPRA registration (Division 1 RN).

• At least 1 year in community, aged care, or acute settings.

• Driver’s Licence, Police Check, CPR & Working with Vulnerable People check.

• Confidence working independently with strong time management.
