We’re growing our integratedliving team in Atherton/Mareeba and looking for caring, dependable people who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.

As a Support Worker, you’ll support clients in their own homes and local communities, helping them stay independent, connected and in control of their everyday lives.

If you’re someone who enjoys making a difference, building meaningful relationships and no two days being quite the same, we’d love to hear from you!

What could your day look like?

You’ll provide practical and personalised support based on each client’s needs, goals and preferences. This may include:

• Supporting clients with personal care, medication and daily routines
• Assisting with shopping, appointments and household tasks
• Helping clients stay active and connected within their community
• Providing companionship and building trusted relationships
• Supporting clients to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life

What will you bring?

Most importantly, you’ll bring a caring attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to support others.

You’ll ideally have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care, or willingness to work towards it
• Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Availability- Monday to Friday 7 am to 5 pm
• First Aid and CPR
• Working with Children Check
• Police Check/NDIS clearance, or willingness to obtain
