Our integratedliving family is growing, and we’re looking for caring, passionate people to join our Support Worker team across Bass Coast, South Gippsland and Traralgon.

Whether you’re an experienced Support Worker or looking to start a rewarding career in community care, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting clients with personal care, medication and daily routines
• Helping with cleaning, laundry, meals and other household tasks
• Supporting clients with shopping, appointments and community activities
• Building genuine connections and helping clients maintain their independence

What you’ll bring

• A genuine passion for helping others
• Cert III in Individual Support/Aged Care, or willingness to work towards it
• No qualification? That’s okay — we have opportunities for people looking to get started!
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• First Aid/CPR and WWCC
• Police Check/NDIS clearance, or willingness to obtain
• Confidence using a smartphone or tablet

• $34.42–$36.23 per hour + 12% super
• $1.01/km travel allowance + work mobile
