Position Details

Role Type: Casual
Availability: Flexible shifts between 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Travelling across Tweed Heads - Bilambil Heights- Banora Point- Cudgen- Kingscliff- Pottsville.

What You’ll Do?

No two days are the same! You’ll be out and about in the community, and in clients' homes supporting with things like:

  • Providing personal care support, including assistance with showering, dressing, grooming etc.
  • Assisting with domestic support tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and general household duties
  • Supporting clients with community access, including grocery shopping, medical appointments, and social outings
  • Encouraging clients to maintain their independence, wellbeing, and confidence at home
  • Building genuine and meaningful relationships with clients through compassionate care
  • Recording visit notes and updates using our easy-to-use mobile app
What We're Looking For?
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent qualification
  • Current driver’s licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
  • First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain)
  • National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Confidence using smartphones or tablets for documentation
  • A caring, respectful, and reliable approach to supporting clients
