Role highlights:

  • Permanent Full Time - Monday to Friday, Work from home
  • Competitive salary package within a range of $110k - 125k(TRP)

Your Role

  • Deliver meaningful business insights through robust reporting, financial modelling, and data analysis
  • Lead and manage budgeting processes, monthly financial reviews, and performance tracking
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to build trusted relationships and become a key advisor on financial matters
  • Facilitate monthly meetings with business units to review financials, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities
  • Investigate financial anomalies, cleanse and interpret data, and provide clear, actionable recommendations

Your Skills and Experience

  • CPA or ICAA qualified with minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar finance role, preferably within the aged care industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to identify root causes and avoid reliance on workarounds
  • Experience in process improvement and automation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage directly with stakeholders and explain complex financial concepts
  • Demonstrated commitment, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with financial systems; familiarity with Tech1 is highly desirable
