  • Ensure a smooth, timely client journey from enquiry to onboarding.

  • Strengthen internal and external relationships and resolve issues promptly.

  • Maintain high standards in ethical selling, compliance, and CRM accuracy.

  • Monitor pipeline health and report on performance and opportunities.

About You

What You Bring

  • Qualifications (Cert IV+) or experience in client acquisition, business development, aged care, health or community engagement.

  • Proven success in lead conversion, sales or service promotion.

  • Experience coaching or leading small teams.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship skills.

  • Understanding of regional and remote communities.

  • CRM and pipeline management experience.

  • Current driver’s licence and ability to travel.

  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Why Join Us?

  • Lead a purpose-driven team delivering high-quality services across regional Australia.

  • Fully remote working within standard business hours.

  • Opportunity for contract extension based on performance.

  • Supportive, collaborative culture with development opportunities.
