We’re growing our team and looking for passionate Support Workers to support clients across Lismore to Ballina, including Ballina and Wollongbar.

About the Role

• Support clients across the Lismore to Ballina region
• Morning and afternoon shifts available
• Flexible availability throughout the week
• Casual opportunities available
• $36.23 per hour + casual loading + 12% super

What your day could look like

Every day is different, but you’ll make a genuine difference by supporting clients to live safely and independently at home.

• Personal care: Supporting clients with showering, dressing and grooming
• Domestic assistance: Helping keep homes clean, safe and comfortable
• Transport: Assisting with appointments, shopping and community activities
• Medication support: Helping clients maintain their medication routines
• Meal preparation: Preparing anything from simple meals to batch cooking
• Social connection: Building meaningful relationships and helping clients stay connected to their community

What you’ll bring

• A genuine passion for supporting people in their own homes and communities
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent, or relevant experience
• A strong work ethic and understanding of community care
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to obtain comprehensive vehicle insurance, First Aid/CPR and WWCC
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check (issued within the last 6 months)
• Confidence using smartphones and tablets
