Occupational Therapist – Cairns

Make Independence Possible Every Day

What if your work genuinely changed someone’s life — not in grand gestures, but in the small, meaningful moments that help them stay confident, capable, and connected?

At integratedliving, we’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who believes in the power of independence just as much as we do. If you’re ready for a role that feels purposeful, flexible, and supported, you might have just found your place.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Permanent part‑time (3 days/week, including Tue & Wed)
  • No weekends - Space to balance work with the rest of your life
  • Competitive hourly rate + salary packaging up to $15,900
  • Grow your career with intention through mentorship, ongoing development, and clear pathways

Your Role

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments across a diverse, manageable caseload
  • Develop tailored treatment plans that support mobility, independence, and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with RNs, Exercise Physiologists, Care Managers, and other Allied Health colleagues
  • A blend of community visits and working from home
  • The autonomy you want, with the backup you need
  • This role is ideal for clinicians seeking balance, autonomy, and meaningful client connections.
  • Help clients rediscover confidence and independence in everyday activities
  • See the impact of your work in real time

Benefits, Perks & Wellbeing

  • Join a warm, collaborative Allied Health team that celebrates wins together and lean on each other when you need to
  • Salary Packaging: Up to $15,900 tax‑free each year
  • Access to pool car, phone, iPad & home IT setup
  • Structured induction, 1:1 guidance & ongoing training
  • Free EAP + Perkbox discounts across 9,000+ brands

What You’ll Bring

  • A qualification in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration
  • A compassionate, client‑first approach
  • Strong communication and a genuine desire to empower others
  • Driver’s Licence, Police Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR
