Help People Live Life Their Way — Join Us as an Occupational Therapist

Do you believe that independence is powerful?
That small changes can make a big difference?
That care should feel personal, not clinical?

At integratedliving, we support older Australians to keep doing the things that matter most — in their own homes, on their own terms, and within their communities. And we’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who shares that heart.

If you’re craving meaningful work, flexibility, and a team that genuinely has your back, this could be the role that feels just right.

Why You’ll Feel Good Coming to Work

Work That Fits Your Life
Permanent part-time (3 days/week, including Tue & Wed). No weekends. Real balance.

🏡 Hybrid & Flexible

❤️ Purpose You Can See

🤝 You’re Never Alone
Work alongside a warm, collaborative Allied Health team that celebrates wins together.

📈 Grow With Us
Mentorship, professional development, and clear pathways to shape your career.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Deliver personalised, evidence-based OT services in homes and community settings

  • Create practical, meaningful care plans that support independence and wellbeing

  • Collaborate with Allied Health colleagues for holistic client outcomes

  • Contribute to wellness programs and community initiatives

  • Manage your schedule with autonomy — backed by a supportive team

What You’ll Bring

  • A qualification in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration

  • A compassionate, client-first mindset and strong communication skills

  • A passion for empowering people to live well, their way

  • Current Driver’s Licence, Police Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR
