As a Support Worker with integratedliving, you’ll provide practical, person-centred support that helps clients live safely and independently in their own homes. You’ll work with a diverse range of clients, building meaningful connections while supporting their daily routines and independence.
Position Details
- Role: 2 x Permanent Part-Time Support Worker
- Minimum contract hours: guarantee 40 hour per fortnight
- Availability: Monday – Friday. Shift 1: 7am - 3pm & Shift 2: 12pm - 7pm
- Location: Travelling across Ballarat, ideally you live within 15 km around Ballarat.
What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care and medication assistance based on individual care plans
- Assist with domestic support including cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and general household tasks
- Support community access, such as grocery shopping, appointments, and social outings
- Help clients maintain independence and wellbeing at home
- Record visit notes using our simple mobile app
What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent) for qualified roles
- Current driver’s licence and reliable car with comprehensive insurance
- First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check or NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for documentation
- A caring, reliable, and respectful approach to supporting clients
What You’ll Get
