As our Procurement Partner, you will play a key role in building supplier partnerships, negotiating commercial agreements and influencing stakeholders to achieve positive business outcomes. You’ll combine strong relationship-building skills with commercial thinking to help deliver value, manage risk and support organisational growth.

This role would suit someone with experience in relationship management, business development, account management, contract management or procurement who enjoys finding practical solutions, building trusted partnerships and achieving win-win outcomes.

Reporting to the Senior Procurement Partner, you will work closely with leaders across the organisation, including our ELT to develop sourcing strategies, establish supplier agreements and panels, manage commercial relationships and support contract governance activities.

You will also provide guidance and support to Procurement Coordinators as part of a collaborative and performance-focused team.

Your role

• Establish and negotiate supplier agreements, contracts and panel arrangements that deliver value for both parties.
• Influence and support stakeholders to make informed commercial decisions while balancing value, risk and organisational priorities.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to support strategic business objectives.
• Lead sourcing and procurement activities using established processes, templates and governance frameworks.
• Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, renewals and variations.
• Analyse market information, supplier offerings and commercial opportunities to support decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver practical, commercially sound and risk-aware solutions.

You’ll bring

You may come from procurement, contract management, supplier relationship management, account management, business development, commercial partnerships, vendor management or a similar commercial role.

Most importantly, you're an effective negotiator who enjoys building relationships, navigating commercial discussions and creating outcomes that work for all parties.

You'll also bring:

• Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts, commercial agreements or service arrangements.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• A solutions-focused mindset and a practical approach to resolving issues and finding opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow established processes and governance requirements.
• An inquisitive nature and genuine curiosity to understand business needs and commercial drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
• The confidence to make informed recommendations while balancing value, risk and compliance.
• Experience working with agreements, supplier panels, service providers or commercial partnerships will be highly regarded.

Experience across health, aged care, community services or human services environments will be highly regarded, as will experience with TechOne, Power BI and procurement or contract management systems.

The Right to Work in Australia is also a requirement of this role.

Your Qualifications:

The following are desirable:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline; and/or
• Professional procurement certification or membership with a recognised industry body such as CIPS, MCIPS or PASA.
