Psychologist

  • New South Wales, NSW, Australia
  • Permanent Part Time

Are you a Psychologist looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference — without sacrificing your own wellbeing?

integratedliving is looking for a compassionate and motivated Psychologist to join our Allied Health team, working from home and delivering psychological support to older Australians through Telehealth appointments.

Working part-time across 3 days per week, this is an opportunity to enjoy the flexibility of remote working while focusing on what matters most — building meaningful therapeutic relationships and helping people live healthier, happier and more connected lives.

Forget the daily commute and high-volume appointment schedules. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to provide personalised psychological care through Telehealth, supporting older Australians with their emotional wellbeing, resilience and independence — all from your home office.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • Work from Home – Enjoy the convenience and flexibility of a fully remote role, delivering Telehealth sessions from your home office.
  • 3 Days Per Week – Work across Monday to Friday, giving you genuine work-life balance.
  • Salary Packaging up to $15,900 – Enjoy benefits that can help increase your take-home pay.
  • Flexibility & Autonomy – Structure your working day and manage your appointments with greater independence.
  • Meaningful Connections – Build genuine therapeutic relationships with older Australians through individualised virtual consultations.
  • Manageable Caseload – Focus on providing quality psychological care rather than feeling driven by appointment volume.
  • Supportive Allied Health Team – Work remotely while staying connected to an experienced multidisciplinary team.
  • Professional Development – Access ongoing learning opportunities, clinical support and team collaboration.

Your Role

As a Psychologist with integratedliving, you'll provide person-centred psychological support to older Australians through virtual consultations, helping them maintain their emotional wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions through Telehealth appointments.
  • Develop individualised treatment and support plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
  • Support clients experiencing emotional, behavioural and psychological challenges.
  • Help clients develop practical strategies to build resilience, confidence and emotional wellbeing.
  • Establish meaningful therapeutic relationships through compassionate and engaging virtual consultations.
  • Work collaboratively with families, carers and other health professionals where appropriate.
  • Connect with our Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Care Partners, other Psychologists and broader Allied Health team.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage your Telehealth appointments effectively.
  • Work autonomously from home while remaining connected to a supportive and collaborative team.

You'll have the independence of working remotely, with the reassurance of a team behind you.

Benefits, Perks & Wellbeing

  • Work From Home – Say goodbye to the daily commute and enjoy a comfortable, flexible working environment.
  • Salary Packaging – Reduce your taxable income by up to $15,900 and potentially increase your take-home pay.
  • Technology & Equipment – Access the technology and support needed to deliver quality Telehealth services.
  • Extensive Induction & Support – Feel confident from day one with comprehensive onboarding, orientation and support from an experienced team.
  • Professional Growth – Continue developing your clinical skills through professional development, team meetings and ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Multidisciplinary Connection – Stay connected with a broad network of Allied Health and community care professionals.
  • A Culture That Values Wellbeing – Join a warm, values-led organisation where flexibility, wellbeing and your contribution genuinely matter.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a Psychologist who enjoys working independently, is confident delivering services virtually and is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of older Australians.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred psychological care.
  • Confidence in conducting psychological assessments and interventions through Telehealth.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust through virtual appointments.
  • The ability to work autonomously, manage your own caseload and maintain accurate clinical records.
  • Confidence using technology and digital platforms to deliver psychological services.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to engage with a multidisciplinary team.
  • A genuine commitment to supporting older Australians to maintain their wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

A Psychology Career That Works Around Your Life

Imagine making a meaningful difference without leaving your home office. No daily commute. No weekends. No relentless appointment schedule.

Instead, enjoy the flexibility of working from home three days per week, delivering meaningful Telehealth sessions and building genuine connections with older Australians who value your support.

You'll have the autonomy to manage your working day, the support of an experienced Allied Health team and the satisfaction of knowing your work is making a difference.

If you're looking for a Psychology role that combines purpose, flexibility, remote working and genuine work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
