Casual – Perfect if you’re looking to pick up extra shifts while keeping your flexibility. In this role, you’ll step in to support our team during periods of leave, making you an essential part of our service. It’s ideal for someone who can offer availability for at least three days a week, with shifts Monday to Sunday between 7am and 10pm.
Your Role
You’ll deliver acute‑level clinical care in our clients by supporting them to remain safe, well and independent through comprehensive clinical assessments and escalation planning as well as;
- Medication management, including complex regimes and high‑risk medications
- Wound care, chronic and complex wound management
- Catheter and stoma care, including troubleshooting and acute presentations
- Post‑acute support for clients transitioning from hospital to home
- Monitoring and responding to clinical deterioration, using your assessment skills to guide interventions
- Chronic disease management, including diabetes, cardiac and respiratory support
- Collaboration with Allied Health to deliver integrated, evidence‑based care
- Telehealth support for remote monitoring and follow‑up
Your Expertise
- Current AHPRA registration (Division 1 RN),
- Minimum 1 year experience in acute, community or aged care settings,
- Strong clinical assessment skills and confidence managing complex presentations,
- The ability to ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and use digital systems confidently,
- Experience with wound care, chronic disease, palliative care and medication management, and
- Police Check, WWCC, CPR and Driver’s Licence
