About the Role:

• As a Community Registered Nurse, you’ll provide high-quality clinical care and support for clients living at home. This includes wound care, medication management, chronic disease support, and health assessments.
• You’ll work autonomously, using your skills and judgement to deliver holistic, person-centred care and all with the backing of a connected and experienced team.

• Collaborate with GPs and allied health professionals to ensure holistic person centred care.
• Empower clients through education and promote their health and wellbeing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Police check, Working with Children check, CPR, Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Passion for delivering person-centred care in the community.
• Experience in community nursing or a strong interest in aged care.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
