Senior Business Analyst

Play a leading role in one of integratedliving's largest enterprise transformation programs, leading business analysis activities and delivering the replacement of our Client Management System (CMS) and helping shape future business processes, systems and ways of working across the organisation. You will lead business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle while contributing to broader digital transformation outcomes.
Joining the project at its inception, you'll help define requirements, map future-state processes, guide solution delivery and support implementation across the entire project lifecycle.
Your Opportunity
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of a major CMS replacement project transitioning from our existing system to a new platform, while supporting broader CMS -related initiatives.
Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technology partners, you'll translate business needs into practical solutions, support data and process transformation activities and help ensure successful project outcomes from discovery through to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across the full project lifecycle from discovery and requirements definition through to testing, deployment and business transition.
- Work closely with external vendors and implementation partners to validate solution design and configuration.
- Engage and influence senior business stakeholders to drive decision-making and alignment across competing priorities.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.
- Develop business requirements, process maps and supporting artefacts.
- Manage requirements traceability and project reporting.
- Support current and future-state process mapping.
- Lead business data analysis activities including data profiling, mapping, cleansing, migration and validation to support successful system transition.
- Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies.
- Support UAT, implementation and business readiness activities.
- Ensure deliverables align with project governance standards and methodologies.
About You
You are a proactive and delivery-focused Senior Business Analyst with experience leading complex transformation initiatives. You can confidently navigate ambiguity, engage stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into practical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
To Be Successful, you will bring:
- Significant experience delivering complex transformation or system implementation projects within Aged Care, Community Care, Healthcare or Health Transformation environments.
- Strong business analysis capability across requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing relationships across business and technical teams.
- Experience working collaboratively with software vendors, implementation partners and third-party providers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, including experience with data migration and transformation activities.
- Experience delivering enterprise-wide transformation programs impacting multiple business functions and stakeholder groups supporting project delivery from discovery through to testing and implementation.
- Demonstrated experience with Client Management Systems (CMS), payroll and finance systems with exposure to digital transformation and implementation projects highly regarded.
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project methodologies.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology or a related discipline.
Desirable:
- Business Analysis certification
- Knowledge of Home care, client services, care management and workforce processes.
- Experience working with CRM, rostering, payroll or finance platforms.
- Experience in vendor-led software implementations.
