Our Accounts Payable Team plays a key role in supporting exceptional experiences for our clients and partners. With exciting growth planned across our services and organisation, we’re committed to ensuring the team is set up for success now and into the future.

About You – Skills & Qualifications

  • A Business Degree or Certificate IV in Business is highly regarded, though strong hands‑on experience in a similar role is even more valuable.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing a sizeable team — you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of 16 Accounts Payable professionals, so strong leadership capability is essential.
  • Proven experience managing a high‑quality Accounts Payable function within a complex operating environment. This may include:
    • Working with a remote and geographically dispersed workforce
    • Managing a large and diverse supplier base, including small payments, high transaction volumes, and varied levels of complexity
    • Navigating multiple non‑integrated systems that require manual intervention to achieve the best outcomes
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to confidently prioritise and balance competing demands while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
  • A commitment to adding value through process improvement, insightful analysis, and strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Resilience and adaptability—working from home and navigating organisational change can be challenging, but the opportunities for meaningful impact and continuous improvement make it worthwhile.
  • Willingness to undertake a National Criminal Check.
