- Permanent Full Time
At integratedliving, our people are at the heart of the services we deliver to older Australians. We're looking for an experienced and strategic People leader to help shape the future of our workforce, strengthen leadership capability and partner with senior leaders to deliver meaningful organisational outcomes.
Your role
As our Senior Manager - People Partnering, you will lead our People Partnering and People Services teams, driving a strategic, proactive and business-focused approach to people leadership across the organisation.
You will partner closely with senior operational leaders to align workforce strategy with organisational priorities, strengthen leadership capability and support the organisation through growth, transformation and change.
This is more than a traditional HR leadership role. We are looking for an established HR leader who can build a highly capable People Partnering function, elevate strategic thinking and create strong partnerships that enable leaders to achieve exceptional business and people outcomes.
You will
- Lead and develop the People Partnering and People Services teams, building capability, accountability and a high-performance culture.
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver workforce, organisational design and people plans aligned to strategic and operational priorities.
- Use workforce data, insights and trends to identify emerging risks, opportunities and workforce challenges, developing targeted solutions and initiatives.
- Drive organisational change, workforce transformation and organisational design initiatives that support sustainable growth and performance.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on complex performance, conduct and organisational risk matters.
- Coach and support leaders to build confidence and capability in managing their people and driving performance.
- Lead the development and implementation of people initiatives that strengthen workforce engagement, leadership capability and organisational effectiveness.
- Champion a shift towards proactive people management, early intervention and strategic partnering.
- Drive continuous improvement across people programs, policies, systems and processes.
- Partner across the organisation to deliver people outcomes that support integratedliving's strategy, culture and values.
About You
You are an experienced People Partnering leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys partnering with senior leaders to influence organisational outcomes.
You understand that great People leadership is about building capability in leaders and teams, not simply solving problems yourself. You bring energy, drive and a genuine passion for helping organisations and people succeed.
You will bring:
- Significant experience partnering with Executive and Senior Leadership teams to deliver strategic people and workforce outcomes.
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing People Partnering teams, with a strong focus on coaching, capability building and empowering others to deliver outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale organisational change, workforce transformation and organisational design initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and constructively challenge senior leaders.
- Extensive experience managing complex employee relations matters and organisational risk, with a focus on early intervention and proactive risk management.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, using workforce data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Energy, resilience and drive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Your Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. (Post Graduate Qualifications are highly regarded).
- Experience within aged care, healthcare, community services or another large, complex service-based environment will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of the SCHADS Award and contemporary employment legislation is desirable.
