Casual Support Worker | Scottsdale & Bridport

Position Details

• Role: Casual Support Worker with flexible hours
• Availability: Monday – Friday, 4 days a week
• Location: Travelling across Scottsdale and Bridport regions – we are looking for someone based in either region or within 30–40 minutes of Scottsdale

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care and medication assistance based on individual care plans
• Assist with domestic support including cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and general household tasks
• Support community access, such as grocery shopping, appointments, and social outings
• Help clients maintain independence and wellbeing at home
• Record visit notes using our simple mobile app

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent)
• Current driver’s licence and reliable car with comprehensive insurance
• First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain)
• National Police Check or NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for documentation
• A caring, reliable, and respectful approach to supporting clients

What You’ll Get

• Casual rate: $43.23 per hour + 12% superannuation
• Flexible weekday hours between 7am – 4pm
• Travel allowance: $0.99/km + daily mobile allowance
