Your Role

In this role, you will support older people to remain independent, safe and comfortable in their own homes as a Support Worker with integratedliving.

This is a 60-hour per fortnight contract, with consistent weekday hours:

Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:30pm

You will provide a range of in-home supports, including:

• Domestic Assistance – helping maintain clean, safe and comfortable homes
• Transport Support – assisting clients with appointments and shopping
• Meal Preparation – preparing nutritious meals and supporting meal planning
• Social Support – providing companionship, conversation and engagement in hobbies
• Personal Care, Medication Assistance & Respite Support – delivering respectful, person-centred care where required

Every day brings variety, and you’ll be supporting clients across Lindisfarne, Howrah and surrounding eastern shore communities.

Pay & Benefits

• $34.59 per hour + 12% superannuation
• Travel allowance ($0.99/km)

Your Skills & Experience

We’re looking for people who genuinely care about supporting others. You will need:

• A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
• Willingness to obtain comprehensive car insurance, First Aid & CPR, and required clearances (if not already held)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check (no older than 8 months)
• Confidence using a smartphone or tablet for work-related tasks
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent (desirable but not essential for all applicants)
