As integratedliving Australia continues to grow, we're looking for a compassionate, reliable Support Worker to join our amazing team across Illawarra (Ideally Nowra, Shoalhaven, Bomaderry, & Berry). If you're someone who’s passionate about helping others live well and independently in their own homes, we’d love to hear from you!

A Day in the Life:

No two days are the same! You’ll be out and about in the community, and in clients' homes supporting with things like:

• Companionship – bring warmth and kindness to someone’s day
• Domestic assistance – help with light cleaning and keeping homes safe & tidy
• Personal care – support with showering, dressing, grooming
• Transport – drive clients to appointments or assist with the groceries
• Assist with Medication– help keep routines on track
• Meal prep – whip up simple, nutritious meals
• Meaningful moments – encourage hobbies, chats, and social connection

📍 You’ll be travelling across Illawarra. Ideal availability is Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with Wednesday & Thursday as a strong preference.

👀 What We're Looking For:

• A genuine passion for helping others
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care (or similar)
• A reliable car, driver’s licence, and comprehensive car insurance
• First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
• Working With Children’s Check (or willing to obtain)
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for your daily work
