As integratedliving Australia continues to grow, so does our need for caring, dependable Support Workers to join our wonderful team. We have regular weekday shifts available across the “Lake Macquarie” (Jesmond, Shortland, Lambton, New Lambton, Kotara, Newcastle, Mayfield, Tighes Hill, Merewether, Charlestown, Adamstown, Whitebridge) region, with services starting between 7am – 9am.

A Day in the Life

No two days are ever the same! You’ll be supporting clients in their homes and out in the community with things like:

  • Companionship – a friendly chat can brighten someone’s whole day
  • Personal care – support with showering, dressing, grooming
  • Domestic assistance – light cleaning to keep homes safe and comfortable
  • Assist with Medication– help keep routines on track
  • Transport – helping with appointments or grocery runs
  • Meal prep – preparing simple, nutritious meals
  • Meaningful moments – supporting hobbies, social connection, and independence

🕒 Availability: Mon – Fri 7am – 5pm

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for supporting others
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Cert III in Individual Support ( Or similar )
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable car, current driver’s licence & comprehensive car insurance
  • First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working With Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Confidence using a smartphone or tablet for daily work tasks
