Position Details

Role: Permanent Part-Time Support Worker
Availability: Monday – Friday, with 7:30am starts preferred
Location: Traveling across the West Tamar region, from Riverside to Greens Beach

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care and medication assistance based on individual care plans

• Assist with domestic support including cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and general household tasks

• Support community access, such as grocery shopping, appointments, and social outings

• Help clients maintain independence and wellbeing at home

• Record visit notes using our simple mobile app

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent) for qualified roles

• Current driver’s licence and reliable car with comprehensive insurance

• First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain)

• National Police Check or NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for documentation

• A caring, reliable, and respectful approach to supporting clients

What You’ll Get

• $32.86 – $34.59 per hour + 12% superannuation

• Flexible part-time shifts between 7:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

• Travel allowance: $0.99/km + daily mobile allowance
