integratedliving Australia is seeking an enthusiastic and people-focused Wellness Centre Coordinator to lead our Wellness Centre in Wallsend and Raymond Terrace (your time will be shared across the 2 different locations). If you're a qualified Personal Trainer with a knack for building relationships and a heart for supporting older Australians, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
The Opportunity
- Location: Wallsend & Raymond Terrace Wellness Centre (your time will be shared across the 2 different locations)
- Schedule: Permanent Full-Time | Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
- Salary: $66.077.44 per annum + 12% super + up to $18.5K salary packaging
As our Wellness Centre Coordinator, you’ll play a key role within our Wellness team—supporting older Australians to live healthier, happier, more independent lives. If you're a natural organiser with PT qualifications and enjoy blending leadership with hands-on client engagement, you will thrive here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Centre Leadership -Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the centre is welcoming, safe, and well-managed.
- Client Engagement - Support clients through a mix of social, wellness, and fitness-focused programs.
- Event & Program Coordination - Plan and deliver engaging activities such as group fitness sessions, morning teas, and health-focused events.
- Community Outreach - Build relationships with local GPs, businesses and community groups to promote our centre and virtual services.
- Group Class Support - Use your PT experience to assist Exercise Physiologists with fun, functional movement sessions.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in sales, customer service, or gym/fitness management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Initiative and confidence in managing centre operations
- Passion for community wellbeing and person‑centred support
- Friendly, collaborative approach and positive attitude
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Trainer)
- AUSactive registration (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Working with Children Check
- Valid driver’s licence + reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel locally (within 30 minutes) for community engagement
- Willingness to obtain an International Police Check if required
