What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and schedule services that keep clients at the heart of everything.
• Build strong partnerships with external suppliers and internal teams, in the ongoing delivery of care and support to clients.
• Ensure compliance and quality standards are met—because excellence matters.
• Resolve invoicing issues and keep things running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate-level qualification or experience in 1 + years contemporary experience in a rostering/customer service-related role.
• Tech-savvy with scheduling platforms and Microsoft Office.
