Your Role – What You’ll Do?
As a Community RN, you’ll play a key role in empowering clients to remain safe, well, and independent in their own homes.
- As a Community Registered Nurse, you’ll provide high-quality clinical care and support for clients living at home. This includes wound care, medication management, chronic disease support, and health assessments.
- You’ll work autonomously, using your skills and judgement to deliver holistic, person-centred care and all with the backing of a connected and experienced team.
- Empower clients through education and promote their health and wellbeing.
What You’ll Need?
- Current AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse
- experience in community, aged care, or acute settings (preferred)
- Working with Children check, Police check, CPR and Driver's License
- Confidence to work autonomously with strong time management and organisational skills
- Solid understanding of community nursing and consumer-directed care principles
- Competence using digital devices and client management systems
- Advanced clinical care experience across areas like palliative care, chronic disease, wound and medication management
