We’re looking for passionate and caring Support Workers to join our team across  South Wollongong area: Berkeley, Brownsville, Cleveland, Cringila, Dapto, Horsley, Kanahooka, Lake Heights, Warrawong, Wongawilli.

What a day can look like

• Start your morning supporting a client with personal care, medication assistance, and daily routines
• Assist clients with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and keeping their home comfortable
• Support clients with shopping, appointments, and community activities to help them maintain their independence
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while providing personalised care
• Adapt your day to each client’s unique needs — no two days are ever the same

What you’ll bring

• A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in people’s lives
• Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care
• Driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
• First Aid/CPR and WWCC
• Current Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
• Confidence using a smartphone or tablet

• Permanent part-time roles: from $36.23 per hour + 12% super
• $1.01/km travel allowance + work mobile provided
