Our integratedliving family is growing, with more clients coming on board and exciting Support Worker opportunities becoming available across the Sunshine Coast region.

We’re looking for caring, reliable people who want to make a real difference while supporting clients to live independently in their own homes and communities.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting clients with personal care, medication and daily routines
• Helping with domestic tasks, shopping and appointments
• Getting out into the community and building meaningful connections
• Providing personalised support that helps clients stay independent

What you’ll bring

• A genuine passion for helping others
• Cert III in Individual Support/Aged Care, or willingness to work towards it
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• First Aid/CPR and WWCC
• Police Check/NDIS clearance, or willingness to obtain

What we offer

• $34.42 – $36.23 per hour + 12% super
• Permanent part-time and casual opportunities
• $1.01/km travel allowance + work mobile
• Flexible hours
• Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax-free
• Paid 6-week induction and ongoing training
