You could be supporting clients across Moruya, Batemans Bay, Batehaven, Catalina, Congo, Lilli Pilli, Long Beach, Sunshine Bay and Surfside.

As a Support Worker with integratedliving, you’ll help people remain independent, connected and confident in their own homes and communities.

Every client is different, and every day brings something new. You might:

• Support with personal care, medication and daily routines
• Prepare meals and assist with household tasks
• Help with shopping, appointments and community activities
• Provide companionship and build genuine relationships
• Encourage independence and support clients to achieve their personal goals

The little things you do can make a big difference to someone’s day.

What we’re looking for

Most importantly, you’ll bring compassion, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others.

You’ll also have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or be working towards your qualification
• Roles may also be available for candidates without a formal qualification
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Current WWCC and Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
• Confidence using a smartphone or tablet for work-related tasks
