We’re looking for passionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team across the Central Coast Region and make a meaningful difference in the lives of people in your local community.

If you live across the Central Coast region, including Bateau Bay, Long Jetty, Blue Bay, Killarney Vale, Tumbi Umbi, Glenning Valley, Berkeley Vale, Chittaway Bay, Tuggerah, Wyong, Mardi, Tacoma, Alison, Tacoma South, or Rocky Point, and want to support people in your own local community, we’d love to hear from you.

What a day can look like

Every day is different. You might:

• Support a client with personal care, medication assistance, and daily routines
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Assist clients with grocery shopping, appointments, and community activities
• Encourage independence by providing support tailored to each person’s goals and preferences

No two days are the same — every visit is an opportunity to make a real difference.

What you’ll bring

• A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or currently working towards it (roles may also be available for those without qualifications)
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• First Aid and CPR certification
• WWCC and current Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
• Confidence using a smartphone or tablet to complete daily tasks and documentation

What we offer

• Permanent part-time opportunities: $34.42 – $36.23 per hour + 12% super
• $1.01/km travel allowance and a work mobile provided
• Flexible hours to suit your lifestyle (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday)
