The opportunity

integratedliving supports more than 20,000 older Australians to live independently in regional and rural communities. We know how to deliver exceptional care. Now we need a marketing leader who knows how to grow it - — and bring our people with us on that journey.

This is a role for someone who thinks in pipeline as much as purpose — a senior commercial marketer who can sharpen our brand, build scalable demand generation, and turn community presence into measurable growth across the east coast of Australia.

What you are locally accountable for

Revenue-connected marketing. You'll own the enquiry funnel end-to-end — from awareness through to qualified referral and conversion. You'll work alongside our client acquisition, regional and service leaders to identify growth opportunities, set targets, and build campaigns that move people from consideration to client. Marketing here isn't a support function; it's a growth driver.

Brand and digital identity. You'll lead a full audit and evolution of how integratedliving shows up — digitally and locally. That means owning our digital ecosystem (website, SEO, paid, social, CRM), strengthening our content and community presence, and ensuring our brand earns trust at every touchpoint. You'll be the keeper of our voice and the architect of our visibility.

Insight-led decision making. You'll build the analytics capability that keeps us sharp -dashboards that connect marketing activity to business outcomes, audience insights that shape campaign strategy, and a testing culture that continuously improves performance. Data isn't a by-product; it drives the plan.

Community and referral ecosystems. Regional Australia is where we work and where our clients live. You'll deepen integratedliving's presence in those communities -building referral pathways, strengthening partner relationships, and creating local engagement that translates into trust and growth.

Innovation and digital capability. You'll identify and adopt emerging platforms, tools, and approaches - from AI-assisted content to marketing automation - that give integratedliving a competitive edge in an increasingly crowded sector.

Internal voice and employee communications. With a workforce of 1,200+ people spread across regional Australia, keeping our people informed, connected, and proud of where they work is as strategically important as any external campaign. You'll lead the design and delivery of our internal communications ecosystem — town halls, all-staff newsletters, leadership messaging, and the channels and rhythms that give our people a consistent, credible organisational voice. You'll work closely with the Executive to ensure internal narrative aligns with external brand, and that our team hears significant news and strategy from us first, clearly, and with context.

The impact you’ll drive

  • Growth in qualified enquiries and conversion across priority regions and services
  • Measurable improvements in brand awareness, trust, and digital reach
  • A stronger referral network through community, partner, and allied health engagement
  • A workforce that feels informed, included, and connected to organisational direction
  • A marketing function recognised internally as a genuine commercial capability

What you bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing & Communications, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A track record of driving growth — not just campaigns — in a complex, dispersed organisation
  • Deep fluency across digital: CRM, SEO/SEM, analytics, automation, social, and content
  • Experience designing and delivering workforce communications programs — town halls, newsletters, leadership messaging — that build culture and alignment across large, distributed teams
  • Experience building and leading high-performing remote teams
  • The ability to work at both strategic altitude and operational ground level
  • A genuine affinity for our vision: A better everyday life for older Australians.

Why integratedliving

  • A 1,200+ person organisation with real scale and national reach.
  • Work that connects commercial rigour with genuine human impact.
  • A 100% work-from-home role.
  • Salary packaging benefits – up to $18,550 tax-free.
  • Perkbox – access to 9,000+ discounts on shopping, groceries, travel, fitness, and entertainment.
