Play a pivotal role in strengthening our governance, compliance and quality - ensuring policies, frameworks and practices support both regulatory obligations and quality client outcomes.

Bringing specialist expertise in compliance, policy governance and quality systems, you will lead initiatives that enhance organisational performance, support regulatory readiness and embed a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and excellence.

A key focus of the role is transforming how policies and procedures are experienced across by our teams —ensuring they are clear, practical, easy to access and genuinely support our frontline people to deliver safe, consistent and high-quality services.

 

Your Role 

You will help strengthen compliance, governance and quality across our business,  supporting regulatory readiness, driving continuous improvement and making it easier for teams to access and use the policies and procedures they rely on every day.

You will:

  • Lead the development and ongoing improvement of policy and procedure, and governance frameworks.
  • Provide practical advice on compliance, regulatory requirements and governance best practice.
  • Monitor changes and ensure compliance with legislation and funded program requirements.
  • Support audits, provider registration and funding compliance activities.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations that support informed decision-making.
  • Drive improvements arising from audits, reviews and compliance findings.
  • Partner with leaders and teams to strengthen compliance capability and quality outcomes.
  • Maintain effective governance, documentation and reporting systems.

 

About You 

You will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Quality, Governance, Health Administration, Business, Law, Nursing or a related field.
  • Significant experience in compliance, governance, quality or policy management.
  • Proven experience in Aged Care, Healthcare or another regulated environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and broader regulatory framework.
  • Understanding of aged care funding and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership of audits, accreditation or regulatory reviews.
  • Strong report writing and analytical skills.
  • The ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to good governance.
  • The ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions that support frontline teams.
