Ready to step into a role where your expertise will be trusted from day one?

We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract and lead complex procurement activity across a dynamic environment. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact, bring your expertise to the table, and take ownership of meaningful procurement projects without being slowed down by layers of process.

If you thrive on managing complexity, enjoy high-value negotiations, and are someone who naturally takes initiative and delivers outcomes, this could be your next move.

This is not a role where you'll spend months finding your feet. We’re looking for someone who can confidently step in, build momentum quickly and lead from the front.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing multiple procurement projects and tenders simultaneously
  • Leading end-to-end procurement activities with minimal oversight
  • Establishing and managing supplier panels
  • Negotiating ICT and SaaS contracts and commercial agreements
  • Assessing and managing contractual and commercial risk
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Delivering procurement outcomes within agreed timeframes and budgets
  • Providing practical advice and procurement expertise to support business decisions

What we're looking for

✔ Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Procurement Specialist (not Procurement Analyst experience)
✔ Strong experience negotiating ICT and SaaS contracts
✔ Demonstrated experience leading procurement activity valued at $1M+
✔ Proven experience managing multiple tenders simultaneously
✔ Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation capability
✔ Confidence navigating risk and complex procurement environments
✔ Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
✔ Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Desirable:

  • Experience within aged care or health-related industries

The type of person who thrives here

You’re someone who:

  • Takes initiative and backs yourself
  • Takes accountability and follows through
  • Rolls up your sleeves and finds solutions
  • Brings positive energy and a practical mindset
  • Keeps people informed and knows when to escalate risks
  • Understands procurement is about creating value, not just process

Why join us?

Flexibility that actually means flexibility

  • Enjoy 3 work-from-home days each week with the freedom to choose the days that suit you
  • Focus on delivering outcomes with the autonomy to manage your time effectively

Support without micromanagement

  • A leader who gives you the autonomy to do what you do best
  • Weekly team connection and regular one-on-one support
  • Open communication and accessible leadership

Join a collaborative and welcoming team that values knowledge-sharing, expertise and helping each other succeed.

Set up for success
You’ll receive structured onboarding, practical tools and templates, and the support needed to quickly step into the role and hit the ground running.

If you're passionate about procurement, enjoy negotiation, solving complex challenges and building strong outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and bring your expertise where it can make an immediate impact.
