Service Delivery Team Leader - Launceston
- Tasmania, TAS, Australia
- Permanent Full Time
Lead from home. Stay connected. Make a difference every day.
Imagine a role where you can start your day from your home office, stay connected with your team and community, and know that the work you do genuinely helps people live safely, independently and with dignity.
An exciting opportunity has opened in our Launceston team as a respected long-standing team member moves into retirement.
This is more than a typical leadership role — it’s a chance to enjoy genuine flexibility while staying closely connected to your team and the community you support. Working primarily from your home office, you’ll balance autonomy with meaningful face-to-face engagement, including time in the field supporting your team, visiting clients’ homes, leading in-person team meetings, and responding to operational needs as they arise.
If you love leading people, building relationships and creating positive outcomes while enjoying flexibility and autonomy, this could be the role you've been looking for.
Why you'll love this role
- Hybrid flexibility – work primarily from your home office while staying connected to your team and community
- Meaningful team connection – enjoy flexibility without losing the support and collaboration of a connected leadership team
- Leadership without the roster headaches – focus on leading people, outcomes and quality rather than scheduling
- Autonomy with support – work independently while being backed by strong operational and leadership networks
- Purpose-driven work – make a genuine impact in the lives of older Australians and their families
- The best of both worlds – enjoy home-office flexibility while staying connected through meaningful face-to-face support with your team and community
