Lead from home. Stay connected. Make a difference every day.

Imagine a role where you can start your day from your home office, stay connected with your team and community, and know that the work you do genuinely helps people live safely, independently and with dignity.

An exciting opportunity has opened in our Launceston team as a respected long-standing team member moves into retirement.

This is more than a typical leadership role — it’s a chance to enjoy genuine flexibility while staying closely connected to your team and the community you support. Working primarily from your home office, you’ll balance autonomy with meaningful face-to-face engagement, including time in the field supporting your team, visiting clients’ homes, leading in-person team meetings, and responding to operational needs as they arise.

If you love leading people, building relationships and creating positive outcomes while enjoying flexibility and autonomy, this could be the role you've been looking for.

Why you'll love this role

  • Hybrid flexibility – work primarily from your home office while staying connected to your team and community
  • Meaningful team connection – enjoy flexibility without losing the support and collaboration of a connected leadership team
  • Leadership without the roster headaches – focus on leading people, outcomes and quality rather than scheduling
  • Autonomy with support – work independently while being backed by strong operational and leadership networks
  • Purpose-driven work – make a genuine impact in the lives of older Australians and their families
  • The best of both worlds – enjoy home-office flexibility while staying connected through meaningful face-to-face support with your team and community

Why this role matters

Every day, our clients rely on home and community supports to help them remain safe, independent and connected. As a Service Delivery Team Leader, you'll be the trusted leader helping ensure services are delivered with care, consistency and quality.

Your focus is where it should be — people, quality and outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  • Coaching, mentoring and supporting Support Workers with clear expectations and guidance
  • Leading performance conversations and helping team members grow and succeed
  • Providing in-person, face-to-face support and coaching to your team as needed
  • Building strong relationships with your team, clients and stakeholders
  • Partnering with the Scheduling team to support efficient service delivery
  • Managing service delivery issues calmly and effectively
  • Ensuring quality, safety and compliance standards are met
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and operational records

Who we're looking for

  • Experience leading teams within aged care, disability or community services
  • Lead with empathy, accountability and confidence
  • Enjoy supporting and developing people
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable navigating policies and performance conversations
  • Committed to safe, person-centred services

Essential requirements:
• Certificate IV in a Community Care field or equivalent leadership experience
• Current Driver's Licence
• Willingness and ability to travel locally as required

Ready to lead with purpose?

If you're looking for a role where you can lead people, enjoy genuine flexibility, stay connected to your team and community, and make a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and tell us what excites you about this opportunity.
