Location: Lake Macquarie & surrounding communities (Buttaba, Fishing Point, Rathmines, Wangi Wangi, Bonnells Bay, Cooranbong, Dora Creek, Morisset Park, Morisset, Sunshine, Wyee, Wyee Point, Yarrawonga Park)
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Service Hours: 7:00am – 5:00pm (flexible within client needs)
Contract: Permanent Part-Time – 30-hour fortnightly contract
Hourly Rate: $34.59 per hour + 12% superannuation

What Your Day Will Look Like
Domestic Assistance
Support clients with light cleaning and help maintain a safe, comfortable, and tidy home environment.
Personal Care
Assist with showering, dressing, and grooming so clients feel confident, supported, and comfortable each day.
Transport
Help clients attend appointments, complete grocery shopping, and stay connected within their local community.
Meal Preparation
Prepare simple meals or assist with batch cooking to support independent and healthy living.
Medication Support
Provide medication prompting and help clients maintain safe and consistent daily routines.
Meaningful Moments
Build trusted relationships and bring companionship, encouragement, and positivity into your clients’ lives.

What You’ll Bring
- A genuine passion for supporting older people and making a difference
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or equivalent)
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (fleet vehicle also provided for work use)
- Willingness to obtain comprehensive car insurance, WWCC, and First Aid/CPR
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Confidence using smartphones and digital systems
