What You'll Do:

Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care in line with individual client needs

Complete assessments, develop care plans, and provide wound care, catheter management, stoma care, diabetes management and chronic disease management

Collaborate with GPs and allied health professionals to ensure holistic care

Empower clients through education and promote health and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Police check, Working with Children check, CPR, Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle

Great communication and time management skills
-
Passion for delivering person-centred care in the community
