In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating care services that help older Australians live independently in their own homes across rural, regional and remote communities.

Position details

• Multiple Full-Time and Contract opportunities available
• 76 hours per fortnight
• Monday to Friday | 7:30am – 3:36pm
• Fully remote – work from home anywhere in VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT or TAS

Key Responsibilities

As a Scheduling Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of services for our clients by:

• Coordinating and managing schedules for Community Support Workers to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery
• Responding quickly to staff absences and unexpected changes by implementing effective scheduling solutions
• Communicating professionally with clients, families, and internal teams to ensure continuity of care
• Maintaining accurate scheduling records and preparing reports as required
• Supporting integratedliving’s commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and excellent customer service

About You

You are a highly organised professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and solving scheduling challenges.

You will bring:

• Previous experience in workforce scheduling, rostering, or high-volume customer service
• Experience coordinating schedules for 30+ staff (highly desirable)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency with rostering systems and Microsoft 365
