integratedliving Australia is seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduling Officer to join our supportive and purpose-driven team. In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating care services that help older Australians live independently in their own homes across rural, regional and remote communities.

Position details
- Multiple Full-Time and Contract opportunities available
- 76 hours per fortnight
- Monday to Friday | 7:30am – 3:36pm
- Fully remote – work from home anywhere in VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT or TAS
Key Responsibilities
As a Scheduling Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of services for our clients by:
- Coordinating and managing schedules for Community Support Workers to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery
- Responding quickly to staff absences and unexpected changes by implementing effective scheduling solutions
- Communicating professionally with clients, families, and internal teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintaining accurate scheduling records and preparing reports as required
- Supporting integratedliving’s commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and excellent customer service
About You
You are a highly organised professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and solving scheduling challenges.
You will bring:
- Previous experience in workforce scheduling, rostering, or high-volume customer service
- Experience coordinating schedules for 30+ staff (highly desirable)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency with rostering systems and Microsoft 365
