Your role

As the Senior Business Partner – Customer Funding you will be a key support for our Customer Funding team, providing leadership, guidance, and specialist knowledge  on Support at Home (SAH) funding and related processes.

You will bring clarity to complex funding processes, guide the team through challenges, and ensure accuracy across admissions, discharges, reconciliations, statements, and claims.

As well as be point-of contact for direction, problem and specialist knowledge – supporting the team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes in a challenging environment.

 

About You:

You thrive in fast‑paced environments, bringing a calm and structured approach to complexity, while enjoying supporting others to do their best work. You combine strong financial and aged care knowledge with a “can‑do” mindset, perseverance, and a sharp eye for detail.

You will also have:

  • Extensive experience in the Aged Care sector — HCP and SAH is highly desirable.
  • Leadership capability and experience guiding teams through change.
  • Understanding of reconciliations and aged care funding processes.
  • Ability to learn systems quickly; coupled with strong CRM experience.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, include Excel and confidence working with high volume data.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Qualifications in Finance or Accounting (EG – Certificate IV or Diploma).
  • Ability to self-manage and self-motivate in a 100% work from home role.
  • Satisfactory Police Check (or willingness to complete).
