As a Support Worker with integratedliving, you’ll provide practical, person-centred support that helps clients live safely and independently in their own homes. You’ll work with a diverse range of clients, building meaningful connections while supporting their daily routines and independence.

Position Details

Role: Permanent Part-Time Support Worker with 40 hours fortnight 
Availability: Mon-Fri- 8am commencement and latest finish is 5pm
Location: Travelling Taree, Tuncurry, Wingham, Old Bar, Forster

What You’ll Do

  • Provide personal care and medication assistance based on individual care plans

  • Assist with domestic support including cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and general household tasks

  • Support community access, such as grocery shopping, appointments, and social outings

  • Help clients maintain independence and wellbeing at home

  • Record visit notes using our simple mobile app

What You’ll Bring

  • Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent)

  • Current driver’s licence and reliable car with comprehensive insurance

  • First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain)

  • National Police Check or NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)

  • Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for documentation

  • A caring, reliable, and respectful approach to supporting clients

What You’ll Get

  • PPT $34.59 per hour + 12% superannuation

  • Flexible part-time Mon-Fri- 8am commencement and latest finish is 5pm

  • Travel allowance: $0.99/km + work mobile
